How it works
At low temperatures the electric heater keeps the cylinder at up to 40 °C, which maintains constant pressure and more complete vaporisation of butane. This avoids leaving gas unused and keeps the equipment running steadily through the cold season.

When cylinder heating is needed
A propane-butane mixture starts to lose its ability to vaporise intensively below −5 °C. At −15 °C no more than 60–65% of the contents of a 50-litre cylinder can be drawn off without heating — the rest freezes as «unusable» butane. At −30 °C vaporisation falls so far that without heating the cylinder effectively stops working.

Installation and connection
The heater is fitted over the gas cylinder body like a protective jacket and secured in place. Connection to the 230 V mains is via a standard European plug. The built-in thermostat automatically maintains the set temperature and switches off once it is reached. Start-up takes a few minutes — the cylinder reaches operating conditions without operator involvement.
The design prevents direct contact between the heating element and the cylinder surface — heat is transferred through an insulating layer, which meets fire-safety requirements for work with LPG.
